At Ruze Shoes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear back into its original manufacturer's box and secure it inside a separate shipping mailer or box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping container.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
